Welcome to Unreal-VR ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Services

Unreal-VR is an architecture visualization studio specializing in virtual reality and real-time visualization using Unreal Engine 5. We provide UE5 source files of architecture projects with VR integration and more. Our payment system is divided into two equal parts: one payment when ordering the project and the second upon completion and delivery.

2. User Responsibilities

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use our Services.
• Account Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.
• Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms when using our Services.

3. Orders and Payments

• Order Process: To place an order, you are required to pay 50% of the total project price.
• Project File Submission: Once the initial payment is received, you can deliver your project files through various channels as agreed upon during the order process.
• Order Confirmation: We will confirm your order and receipt of project files via email, after which we will begin working on your project.
• Final Payment: The remaining 50% of the total project price is due upon completion and delivery of the project.

4. Delivery and Acceptance

• Project Delivery: We will deliver the completed project files, including UE5 source files with VR integration, via a secure method. The delivery timeline will be agreed upon during the order process.
• Acceptance: You have 14 days to review the delivered project files and notify us of any issues or discrepancies. If you do not provide feedback within this period, the project will be deemed accepted.

5. No Refund Policy

Due to the high-quality nature of our work, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. By placing an order with Unreal-VR, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
